@bobweller when Prolia is stopped, it is well-known and often mentioned by my doctors, videos and books, that there is a risky rebound with bone density possibly even going down to where it was before treatment, and fracture risk abruptly going up. This is because, in simple terms, the cells responsible for bone turnover are suppressed and dormant and come roaring back.

We need to do Reclast (and time the transition with bone markers) to prevent this rebound. I Prolia was only given 2-3 times then Fosamax or other orals might work.
