I agree that some surgeons are full of themselves. My surgeon is supposed to be the guru of knee replacement surgery in my state. He would not accept any responsibility for my complex case, so he handed me off to another surgeon in his group so that "another pair of eyes" could take a look. The second surgeon was more patient and listened to my story, but told me to keep taking physical therapy.

I know it is very frustrating…. But if you truly want unbiased second opinion go out of his group … dr don’t say anything different when they are in the same group….i understand you have tuff case so seek out someone who handles tuff cases…. I know frustration thinking you found best dr and when things go wrong they are not there for you….like I said I have been there had to wait year to have revision… even now I still get stiff but I am a very functioning stiff person …exercise and ice are my saving grace…..I have more scar tissue due to having it done twice so I feel I am constantly trying to brake through it…. But like I said don’t give up …. Continue to move find another dr second opinion.
