Is there a proper way to sleep on your pillow at night?

Should your shoulders be on the pillow or just your neck?

@rashida. @mikaylar - Haha. I get your skepticism regarding sobakawa pillows. I guess they're not for everyone? I can tell you these things: (1) I am also a princess (well, prince) and the pea - yet the pillow has never felt grainy, bumpy, or anything but awesomely comfortable to me. (2) There are some "moving around sounds" when you first adjust it - but I've never been awakened by any pillow sounds. (3) It keeps me cool... (4) It's a bit heavy. (5) You can adjust the pillow to the exact, precise position you want regardless of how you sleep. (6) My arms are usually under my head and under my pillow - yet they've never "fallen asleep" during the night as the pillow molds itself over my arm.

Maybe you can find a seller who will give you a free trial? They aren't expensive...

I use a soft pillow but not too soft to support my neck for my arthritis. And I sleep with a Contour pillow between my legs because I also have scoliosis and a side sleeper. I find it a travel pillow works well for your arms and yes I agree pillows you make guit warm, I've tried cooling pillows the Serta cooling pillow works for me, you will need to ,be careful when you wash it ,so make sure to read instructions. I had to replace mine. It's a lot of trail and error when finding the right pillow.
