Perhaps an ignorant question but is there any merit to going back to Trintellix? Over and miss- prescribing is a huge concern for me, my sister is a walking pill box at this stage either in zombie mode or manic. I do find a huge difference between the USA and other countries as far as medication is concerned. Far more conservative elsewhere but then that has it's own set of issues.
