Is there a proper way to sleep on your pillow at night?

@mikaylar - Jennifer know what she's talking about!

I have, for years, slept on a sobakawa pillow. The pillow itself is a casing filled with buckwheat husks...which sounds weird to picture for sure! The sobakawa does two things for me: (1) The materials help maintain a cool-pillow all night and (2) the husks are infinitely adjustable so I can always produce a comfortable head/neck alignment regardless of side or back sleeping.

@upstatephil but don’t the buckwheat husks make the pillow feel … grainy? I am like the “Princess and the Pea” - can feel things even under layers! lol. Even “cool gel” pillows are too warm under my head!
