I’ve got primary OA of my spine (not joints yet), spinal stenosis, chronic pain syndrome. I’m now using buprenorphine patch 20mcg/x 7 days with great results. You cannot reverse the aging process and PRP has not been approved by FDA for treatment. Exercise is my go to for acute back pain and PT. I also use cannabis higher CBD with lower THC for breakthrough pain instead of oxycodone which I have essentially stopped needing.
