The occipital muscles or SCM?
These get tight on many people overtime and will then spasm and pull on the skull.

How is your core strength/shoulders and posture?

Occipital n muscle
I'm still able to walk pretty go but I do walk slow. I'm 68 years old and I worked 35 years in a factory. I was I sport my younger years.

My husband does most of the work around home and cooks also. I have test run for MS.
