Its a anti inflammatory used in traditional Chinese medicine for 300 years
you have to get Cucurmin Bioperine in a capsule any drugstore Cucurmin is
the chem in tumeric and Bioperine is black pepper aids in absorption .you
can also by a bag and sneak a little in food when possible good luck

Thank you for the information, if the Chinese have been using it, it has to be good for you, they live very long lives and I use the new one they came out with, it seems to be working for me and I am feeling good finally. Thanks ,
but I don’t see the bioperine in the ingrediants, I guess every developer is different. Lacey

You need pepper or my husband has tumeric with minerva. It helps your body absorb it. Pam

I know it as Curcumin Bioperine is tumeric w black pepper oil

Actually if you can tolerate it swallow a couple peppercorns 2 or 3
