I was gleason 3+3. No cancer in the margins. I elected for LARP nerve sparring. I am partially incontinent and partial erection. Over 4 yrs ago. Pet scan was clean and PSA < .1. No other treatments. So maybe I got it. But it came at a cost. I would probably do it the same way again. Probably a little more research on my surgeon.
