Waiting is indeed the worst part of findings. I like to try and distract myself as much as possible.
I am also a planner so I plan for best and worst.
Worst being chemo and radiation or surgeries. I will plan for getting the most informed I can be.
Best being never mind this was really nothing. A celebration of fruit smoothies and a day at the park.
The reality usually falls in between. Now I have a plan, I can sit back and wait a little easier.
Do you have ways to trick your brain? Any news.

I finally heard from my GP yesterday who is forwarding results to the breast assessment centre at the same hospital I’m being followed up for previous cancers, and the same oncologist I’ve been seeing. Hopefully I’ll hear from them within a week. Seems the biopsy results never arrived at the GP clinic so I gave them a copy.
