Hello @jlo2252, I'm also grateful for prednisone which got me through 2 flare ups of PMR which has been in remission for over 6 years for the second time. I'm also a member of the thin wrinkly skin club but like you I just try to keep it moisturized with a good lotion. I'm glad to hear that you have been able to navigate through the conditions it always helps to hear about the experience of folks with PMR and related conditions.
