@windyshores my cardiologist is the one recommending the HRT, mainly because of my lack of hormones, not necessarily for my bones. He believes that they will protect my bones, however, to what extent he doesn’t know. I would love not to go back on osteo meds but I’d also hate to see my gains lost. Decisions, decisions, decision. Not always easy.
