I know you posted a while ago. I had 30 treatments of radiation after a lobectomy. The target area was a lymph node on the side of my left breast. It has been 3 months since I ended radiation. I started PT to help build some strength.

I am weak and the PT is helping me focus on building back muscle strength. How are you feeling now that some time has passed?

I was not sure if this was for me but I am starting to feel better.I'm at the 8 week.Mark started walking 2 weeks ago for 30 minutes and back at the gym this past Friday.Doing some light weights I.
Hope this continues.
