@windyshores thanks for the clarification on your Reclast infusion dosage. I personally would prefer not to continue osteo medication but I also don’t want to lose the gains I’ve made with Tymlos. I’m hoping to begin my HRT therapy this month and if an osteo med is necessary then decide on which one I will benefit from with minimal side effects. I’ve never fractured and pray that doesn’t happen once I’m off the Tymlos.

@dooshie does your doctor think that HRT is strong enough to maintain your gains? My image of Reclast is that it coats the bones and literally "locks in" the gains. Curious who advised HRT for you. I have not seen studies on this and would love to know more (not for me, I can't take hormones obviously).
