@gailmollin The Dr puts a tens unit on then ice I,m laying on stomach for about 15 minutes then he lays me on side with knees bent and pushes where this releases the nerve from the muscle entrapment .Depends how long you,ve had this problem It may take more then one treatment .I go when it starts and one treatment usually does it Find a good chiropractor good luck and relieve Let me know how you feel .
