Check out MRI focused ultrasound and neuropathy. There have been clinical trials, but it hasn’t been FDA approved yet for the treatment of neuropathy. It has, however, already been approved for the treatment of Parkinson’s, prostate cancer, and other illnesses. This might be exactly what you’re talking about when you say resetting the brain.
