What strength do you take writing for mine to come I can't wait ?Do you just take it at night or during the day?I have terrible insomnia !So sick of awe full psych meds!!

@ronlin depending what is keeping you from sleeping I have fibromyalgia back fracture and other back issues but for me I take a Melotinin 5mg ,Tramadol 50 mg Dr.prescribed and then put on soothing music that turns of automatically To get to this point where I can sleep wasn't an overnight fix but in time all is well now.good luck
