Senses are very important, so to me they are as important as other functions in our body. It’s also something that is constant….that makes things more intense, I think. I guess we’ll all just hang in there…..I’ve been praying for a miracle for a while. I believe in them.

Yes, I agree, your senses are very important. I get angry and depressed when people say things like, “Oh, that’s not a big deal” or “since you can’t taste or smell, it’s easier to loose weight”. It infuriates me! It’s awful and I’m going on 1 year and 7 months since I lost my taste and smell. Good luck to all of you out there with the same situation.
