Can I ask if you working? If so, is it a sit down job? and how do you manage your pain. Ibuprofen or do you have any kind of prescription?

I retired right before my THR. I am very active in my community and work at my desk several hours per day. I cannot take Ibuprofen because of other health issues. I believe that “motion is lotion” and I try to walk every day and do balance exercises. I try not to focus on the pain and turn around negative thoughts into positive.
