Cancer in liver

Posted by digger @digger, Apr 14 7:22am

They recently have discovered a mass on my liver and a couple lymph nodes. I am currently on plovitco I am supposed to have my fourth treatment on 24 April when the doctor told me about the liver, he said they will probably stop by pluvicto treatments I go Tuesday for a biopsy but they’re pretty sure that’s what they think it is. It’s probably aggressive prostate cancer is anybody had this happen to them in any ideas of why they would stop my treatments instead of continue them while we figure out what to do with the liver thanks, Dave

Hi @digger's wife. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about Digger's passing. Sending you a collective virtual hugs from his support group here on Mayo Clinic Connect.

Yes, I believe that Diggest got a lot of helping information for the other fellow here. But, I also want to let you know that he gave a lot too. He asked great questions that help him and many others find answers. He shared his experiences so others would be less afraid.

Please send me a message using this form if you would like to request that his account be turned off https://connect.mayoclinic.org/contact-a-community-moderator/
