Thanks for thinking of me . Things have not gone well . I attended the Mayo program and came home with some changes made and some hope . Unfortunately, the intensity of the pain plus inability to connect with consistent follow up and community after returning home, has not resulted in a more joyful, functional life. Sadly, I’m struggling as much as I ever have … if not more .
The program was great and it helps many people , but the translation back into everyday life after that degree of professional attention and camaraderie was very problematic for me.

Dear @alh123 - how are you these days. I wanted to ask about your experience with nerve surgery. Fellow saphenous neuralgia sufferer here about to get a neurectomy at the adductor canal. Did you already have that done to no results? So sorry to read about your experience, can relate unfortunately.
