@margaret10

Hello. I have three mutant genes (SDHB, FBXL4 and SAMD9L) that encode proteins that reside in the mitochondria and I've been diagnosed with mitochondrial dysfunction. Does anyone else with mitochondrial disease have mutations in these genes? My neurology symptoms are bad neuropathy and restless leg syndrome, plus seizures. Thanks.

Hello Margaret! I have been assembling an organization of people related to FBXL4. You can see my website here: "sites.google." and "com/view/fbxl4-mitochondrial-disease" (I split the link because this message board is not allowing links)

Send me an email at "hopeforfbxl4@gmail" and ".com" to further connect. I have a lot of information about the gene and its associated disease spectrum.
