rcs: I asked my radiation oncologist, post the 5 narrow margin linac radiation treatments, under what circumstances would a rising PSA suggest to you to do a psma pet scan? Her answer was a 2 point rise in PSA. I did not drill down further as for that moment, it was enough for me as a guideline.
