I too am worried about the heat. When I get too hot now, which is quite regularly, I get nausea every time now. I am so worried about it-I went out the other day and it was about 80 degrees and had some errands to do and I got sick just like that. I got some throw up bags from the dr to keep in the car in case I get nauseated while.
I went to Sports Academy and got those cooling towels for the summer hoping that will help me.

@c1john I have had Long Covid for over 1 year. I find different times of the day and especially night cause temperature dis-regulation with both heat and cold. I am especially impacted if I have not had enough sleep. Yesterday, my temp started at about 99.2. It dropped about .5 degrees Fahrenheit every hour until it leveled off at about 96.4. Since we lose so much heat from the top of our heads, I applied a well-wrapped head scarf. Out sweat more than is believable, I washed & dried my feet put on clean, loose fitting and warm socks. I was still Uncomfortable between “hot and cold” with a below normal temp, so I took a warm sitting bath, got thoroughly dry and changed all my other clothing. I am severely Agoraphobia,, so trips to the PCP are all via Telehealth. I have Asthma so inhalers also disregulaate my autonomic system. I finally fell into a comfortable and easy sleep with soothing meditation music playing and woke up in much better condition 🙂 I am needing the heater again this afternoon, though. I plan to talk to my PCP. It is difficult to know what is best at times. My Best Wishes to you.
