I never had GI issues until I had COVID. I’ve been having diarrhea and bloating problems for a year. The GI doc did tests and can’t find anything wrong. I feel tired and worn down constantly. I have no energy or appetite or motivation to do anything.

Same here..Never had serious GI issues until 4 months after my positive Covid test. I had severe abdominal pain, chronic diarrhea and constant flatulence and burping. All tests done with normal results. SIBO was suggested but not confirmed. Have been having these symptoms for 20 months and the only thing that helped (to some extent) was intermittent fasting 16:8 .

Yes. I had all my vacines and this last Feb. I came down with mild case of Covid that lasted 1 week. I have been having diarrhea for the lat 4 months and now when I eat my stomach and intestines churn and gurgle and I have uncontrolled diarrhea. Blood test and colonosopy all are fine but I can't do simple chores without being exhausted. I am at my wits end.
