Yes. I have been using Sawpalmetto for many years with good results. You have to experiment with the quantity so start easy and increase cautiously. Talk to your Doctor the are things he can give you too.

@somanod10 (I live in Bangkok). I ordered "Puritan's Pride" Saw Palmetto Extract from a Thai online supplier. The capsules (Softgels) are black and are 250 mg; it says to take one twice a day with food. Upon checking online further, I found the following:
"For BPH
Initial results: Some men may notice initial effects in a few weeks, but it generally takes four to six weeks of daily use to start seeing relief from urinary symptoms.
Long-term benefits: It may take up to 24 weeks for saw palmetto to have a more significant impact on improving urinary flow and other BPH symptoms.
Note: Saw palmetto helps with symptoms but does not shrink the prostate gland itself. "
So, I am going to be patient - for at least 24 weeks.
