Does anyone have GI issues after having Covid?

My spinalbsurgeon who happens to be informed on G.I. issues, suggested COVID and vagus nerve to me. He truly believes I have some aspect of long COVID due to my relentless G.I. issues which started after my COVID illness (interestingly, after my 5th COVID vaccine!!). Crazy.

Unfortunately, I'm not so sure about "Long Covid". My GI symptoms became extreme after I took the shots. (Only had 3 in order to keep my job). There are many studies now questioning the side effects. This site will not let me post a link, but look in the NIH (National Institute of Health) for articles. Here is one from 2022 (Gastrointestinal Complications of COVID-19 Vaccines)
