Amazing you are doing so much and preparing so well! Good luck in July. I have almost the same profile and regimen 🙂 I wanted to share that I was advised to switch from an elliptical (which I loved and used for years ) to walking on a treadmill or outside as the elliptical is good for cardio but provides “no”bone benefit. I followed this advise and very happy I have. OP journeys are so personal with decisions on what meds we chose or not, diet, exercise, supplements and more - so do what feels right for you and your medical team. There is no secret sauce but this forum is amazing for education and learning from the experiences of others.

Esb13, Thank you for the advice! I did switch to brisk walking for 45minutes to 1 hour almost daily. I live in a very hot southern climate, so if I don’t get out early AM right when the sun is rising, it’s a no go! Physical therapy has done a lot to “free up” my upper back and we work on balance.

This site has been so amazing! It’s really hard to get clear direction on this like supplements—so these discussions really help! I am really hoping the doc I see in July recommends Forteo or Tymlos (and that insurance will cooperate!)—we will see! Blessings to you and thank you for caring enough to message. I pray you have wonderful results from all you are doing!
