Yes, seronegative autoimmune diseases do exist. Given your Hashimoto’s (and its seronegativity—yes?), autoimmunity should be high in the differential.

Hmm, just saw an article about a combination of myelitis and myositis being induced by Covid. It’s rare, but your symptoms are rare, so maybe it’s worth a shot.

Yes!I just have to find a Rhuematologist or specialists that will look into seronegative I was looking at Sjogrens because of my extremely dry painful eyes and constant dry cough that came on with all my symptoms.I had no idea Sjogrens could cause walking problems.I thought that was just dry eyes and dry mouth.I think I have more than one thing going on unfortunately.
