Hi,
Is it a rash, or excoriation? If it’s a rash it could be from contact dermatitis from sensitivity to the appliance. Or is it excoriation from stool on the skin? Treatment is different depending on the issue.

It is a really bad rash that itches like poison ivy when I take off the bag. I have tried the new appliance approach but I need a bag that is deep convex that doesn't irritate the skin. I don't think they have such a bag out there yet and so wish they did. Thanks for your reply!
