I have your exact symptoms post-covid but more pronounced due to severe vestibulopathy (including vision distortions). I did have this oily ointment called Otocalm that wasn't prescribed by an ENT (like you ive been to more than 10). It did not eliminate it completely but it reduced the Tinnitus and made it more manageable

How are your other symptoms? Has anything else improved? I’ve been in this for over two years and very discouraged. My vision is also effected.
When hearing and vision and balance are all involved it’s impossible to live anything like a normal life.
I’m looking for Otocalm, but only found pills. Where did you buy?
