Neg for Lyme.

Hot shower doesn’t do much but I take one right before bed hoping to sleep better. My new Apple Watch says I sleep okay, which I dispute!!

Only meds I take is gabapentin.

Interesting thought about electromagnetic radiation. I’ve actually thought about that as potential issue. How do you test / know?

We moved into old 1938 home last fall, that I discovered has mold issues this week. Currently staying at my sisters. Tested water this week for lead with cheap $15 test off Amazon, was neg.

Mold can cause a lot of symptoms. (Some people on the electromagnetic sensitivity forums say that mold can cause sensitivity to that but I have no idea..,I had a serious electric shock that made me sensitive).

See if you feel better out of that house, but it takes time. An integrative or functional medicine doctor is good with mold issues and can do some testing.

I cannot tolerate gagbapentin. I have burning, tingling, prickly etc. and chills- even when I get in a hot shower.
