I have had strange sensations for 20 years with no answers. Did I ask you before about Lyme testing? Also consider a reaction to electromagnetic radiation. (I started reacting to wifi, smart meters etc.). I have found that medicines can increase sensations as well. Does a hot shower or bath help you?

Neg for Lyme.
Hot shower doesn’t do much but I take one right before bed hoping to sleep better. My new Apple Watch says I sleep okay, which I dispute!!
Only meds I take is gabapentin.
Interesting thought about electromagnetic radiation. I’ve actually thought about that as potential issue. How do you test / know?
We moved into old 1938 home last fall, that I discovered has mold issues this week. Currently staying at my sisters. Tested water this week for lead with cheap $15 test off Amazon, was neg.
