"Musical Ear Syndrome" is real, and you can learn to tune it out. Of the two, vertigo is more concerning. Low blood pressure can cause vertigo, and the low BP could be a side effect of other meds. Covid can do real neurological damage. Do talk to your MD ASAP about both music and vertigo - he may refer you to a neurologist. My neurologist was booked 6 months in advance, so best to discuss with doc ASAP.

Covid rarely if ever causes neurological damage. There is no scientific evidence that it does. Musical ear syndrome is a result of psychiatric issues mostly.
Remember that for such big claims you have to present medical evidence, references to articles which would explain mechanism of action on how a neurological illness is caused by the virus. If something does appear after or during Covid it's most likely a trigger not the cause. The cause is rooted inside our DNA most of the time.
