So how do you administer the honey. I’m willing to try it. My mouth and throat are so so sore. Appreciate any input you can give me.

If I remember correctly, I just ate about a teaspoon a couple times a day. Also applied a bit to my lips. People say local honey is best for your immune system, but I don’t know how much that would matter in this case.
