I have PMR but my wife has cancer. (GBM). I give her the PURA RSO 50/50. She is not in any pain but the RSO helps relax her at night and she sleeps well. Does not answer your question about the RSO helping with PMR pain. I tried the gummies. It did not work for me.

Thanks for sharing your PMR lasted 6 months.... I always like to hear people's experience with, how long it lasted and what they did. Is different with everybody. My doc said that only 1/3 of her patients have PMR longer than 2 years. I pray for these people. This disease is so debilitating! I pray for the people suffering with condition.

I'm a very active person, I play at high level pickleball and train all the time. 4/5 times a week. One day at the end of Feb I woke up with pain in one shoulder, 3 days later pain on the other shoulder and 3 days after that on my hips. I went from very active to cripple.
6 months ago my youngest son passed away and I think the trauma caused this.
