Stayed there for 2 months Yes they do have workout equipment in basement as well as washer dryer pool table wifi It's all free You have to make your own food but you have your own shared refrig/freezer space plus a cupboard for dry goods Wed nite is potluck and ladies that come & sing a few songs A magician also showed up a few times. Therapy dogs came which was a nice touch as well A library with a zillion books. The kitchen has anything you would want for appliances You can walk to the clinic 5 minutes at the most Grocery store is with in 6 minute drive 24 hour security parking lot for car

Negative .... hope you do not get a room next to the kitchen, my room was right next to the kitchen so I could hear thru the walls all the cooking noise folks yakking They never shut up. And folks going up & down the stairs slamming the door. Also end of the line my room for hot water for the shower. Don't plan hot water at 8 a m as it was luke warm So I took a shower early early a m or after 10 a m lots of hot water.
Would I stay here again yes and yes It saved me huge amt of money Any thing you could want they have and it is free
