I lost 50 lbs over 2 years from lack of appetite, and I too felt like I was dying. Gaslighting at all levels. My doctor congratulated me. I had to insist: you don’t understand - I have no appetite and simply don’t want to eat - at all. At my lowest weight I had a seizure and was diagnosed with Epilepsy. The Epilepsy diagnosis explains the intermittent memory issues and amnesia I’ve had over the past few years since Covid. Good luck with your diagnoses and treatments.
