Anyone try Onero Online?

I didn't. My doctor recommended a physio who practises her own variant of it. Onero was developed here in Brisbane. My physio not only doesn't want to pay their licence fees, but thinks their program is too restrictive. Although I have been on anastrozole for two years, my DEXA results are improving. Two gym sessions a week are enough. I don't do much walking because Chemo Induced Peripheral Neuropathy makes walking unpleasant- it's like walking on wet sand all the time.

@freckle1, Too restrictive in what way, do you know?

Hi! So great to hear that your DEXA results are improving even while on anastrozole! Just 1.5k yrs into Letrozole I’m in osteoporosis at 59 yrs. My oncologist wants me to try Zometa and I have first infusion scheduled next week I’ve very nervous about side effects but feel much walking, light weights won’t be enough! Did you do a biophosphate at all? Xo
