Has anyone here found that exercise helps this condition? I’ve found that if I’m physically active I feel so much better. I go to water aerobics classes 2-3x/wk and feel great while I’m active. Doing yard work is another activity I do on repeat. Again I feel great. But as soon as I calm down it starts back up. I really am giving up on all the specialists but I do have an EGD scheduled with GI in July. And I’m still working with allergy/immunology.

I have found that after I work out, my congestion and drainage is much better. I try to work out at least5 days per week.

I’ve also considered if it’s caused by reflux, as someone suggested. It seems to start in my sinuses with stuffy feeling, then pouring water in my nose and throat. Phlegm in throat most of the time, but no coughing. Does acid go up into your sinuses? Bizarre. But, I’m going to revisit the idea with my ENT at next visit. As a precaution, I avoid acidic foods, chocolate and eating at night.
