Yikes! I was really feeling hopeful about asking about this but after reading some of these testaments...nope. As a 19 year post kidney transplant, I already take a plethora of meds and don't think taking one which may or may not work is the right path. Sigh, guess I'll stick (for now) with Always Depends. 😕

I had a side effect of just feeling odd with Myrbetrec, so quit. Suggest kegle exercises and less coffee and no pop after noon.

Have you tried see a physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor therapy? They can be very helpful. Theres more to do than the old kegel exercises haha! Wishing u the best.
