The base of stoma covered by wafer: Remedy?

Want to add wafer cut too small for pouch opening.

Re-measure the stoma and cut the wafer appropriately.

I would go along with the remeasure stoma and cut wafer appropriately. Are your wafers precut at the factory or do you cut them yourself. I cut mine myself and recheck each time using either and or the previous wafter plastic cover or the Hollister paper template as a guide. Piki

Thank for your emails. I was told by the Ostomy nurse the wafer was the right size. I’m now thinking it isn’t. I was stretching the wafer when I thought too small.
