I have back right side fractured bones, I have no option to see a specialist. What should I do to help my bones heal properly. This happened after the hit to right shoulder, right arm hangs down,
looks like deep inside pocket were collarbone is on the right side, during the hit over sharp door corner I heard cracking of bones sound. Feet and upper legs are numb since happened about 10 days ago. Would like some help. Should I buy a back brace and what kind? What else can I do? Thank you.
