Linda,

I live in the Winston-Salem, N.C. area. All of my doctors are in Winston-Salem. I would be happy to participate in the Clinical Trial Study. Do I need a letter or other documentation from my ID doctor and/or my Pulmonologist?

Please let me what I need to do to volunteer for the Clinical Trail.
