So happy for you to be able to continue with your calling. So happy you were able to get on top of the AML. I transfuse a guy weekly with myelofibrosis CA of the bone marrow, he is the toughest fighter I know and I pray for him daily. I think I keep
Loving being an RN because it has never felt like a job , just a priviledge my entire life.

I think having a meaningful job where I see the contributions I make to my students’ education makes my job so rewarding. I am an academic advisor, advising pre-pharmacy students. Seeing their genuine appreciation for what I do for them helps me get up in the morning and deal with the interstate traffic to get to work. Graduation time is like icing on a cake when I see all of my students’ efforts pay off. It’s also a validation for my efforts and for the part I play in helping them succeed!
