@meg55 oncology dietician suggested plant based with fish and chicken or Mediterranean. And we all know that has the occasional wine too.

Breast cancer rates in Japan, where I lived for a long time, are much lower than in the West - though not as low as many Japanese women seem to think. (Most of my female friends did not have mammograms etc) It's probably due to diet. The traditional Japanese diet is pretty healthy - apart from too much salt. But that doesn't mean that any particular diet is going to "beat cancer". I'd be running a mile from any medical professional who said that it would.
