I felt very nauseous …rather like a hangover or flu even before I started prednisone so I believe it is from the PMR…I did daily yoga and biked a lot until it became to difficult to do …so I think keep going as long as you can

For got to add that I read prednisone reduce your melatonin so I take 3 mg before bed and again through the night if I have trouble going back to sleep…but not after 3 am
