So much I don't know...or don't understand about IBS. I am grateful for all the information I can get. My stomach feels sore/achy for long periods of time and then suddenly, just gets better and goes away. Sometimes I can go for months where I can eat just about any type of food I want with no problem, and then - suddenly it changes and I have to be so careful about every little. I am always searching for advice and answers! Thank you.

Yes I feel the same way but I have too watch what I eat all the time and still have flare ups, I started drinking warm ginger tea with lemon at night. still I wake up with stomach pain, I will be so glad when a cure come up for the problem.

While I'm dealing with AFib I need to join a conversation on Uncontrollable bowels every morning. It's been going on for months. I seem to lose about 8oz a day. I thought I needed more fiber so added Psyllium Husk. Eating high fiber foods. Added magnesium but that seemed to make it worse. At least it's still light brown in color. I'm happy about the weight loss, but I feel like it's an unhealthy way. Can anyone guide me? Grandmajan

Hi @grandmajan. I'm tagging @safetyshield, who may be able to help with his experience with IBS.

Also have you ever looked into this discussion on Connect called "AFib questions" http://mayocl.in/29iD8aJ There's a lot of information shared among members there including @martishka, @gonefishinmt and many more who may be able to share their experiences with you.

Nate, Thank you, Yes I follow the AFib thread. I usually don't have a lot to say but I read them all.
