Hi cherawgirl,
I was calling around Mayo Clinic yesterday to try and see about autonomic care at each location, Rochester, Jacksonville, and Phoenix. Rochester definitely has an autonomic clinic as that is the location my neurologist recommended me to for autonomic dysfunction.
I spoke with the Neuro dept at Phoenix to see what they have available. They said they have autonomic testing such as tilt table tests, QSART, and some other tests. They also have autonomic neurologists available.
I am unsure about the Jacksonville location. I spoke with them to see if I could get an appointment in the Neuro dept with a focus on autonomic dysfunction however, I was told they can only schedule appointments for individuals with a definitive diagnosis. I need to go to Mayo clinic for diagnostic testing that will hopefully result in a diagnosis and treatment. It sounds like you do have a definite diagnosis of vasovagal syncope and that Jacksonville might be able to provide more insight for your situation.
While I am unsure if Jacksonville offers autonomic testing, I recommend you contact each location to discuss your case and needs. I wish you the best of luck. If I learn anything else, I'll share it here.
Mayo in Phoenix, AZ had one as I mentioned above. It looks like this doctor may have taken over for Dr. Goodman: https://www.mayoclinic.org/biographies/arca-karissa-n-m-d/bio-20515832
