Started with Thighs but don’t feel any tingling and burning in thighs now. It’s only in feet no auto immune i did ANA profile. I don’t take any medicine except gabapin. Do you suggest any test or medicine.

I would ask your PCP for advice, and maybe a second opinion neuro. Have you been tested for Lyme? Is there any chance gabapentin is causing the symptoms? Tingling and lightheadedness are mentioned:
